Associate Academic Coach

Responsible for maintaining a caseload of students who are participating in the “Say Yes to Education Cleveland” program, first-generation college students or students experiencing academic difficulty. Coaches encourage achievement of goals through self-assessment, reflection and connection to campus and community resources with a goal of graduation. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
