Associate Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management

The Associate Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management (AVPEM) provides executive leadership for the University’s comprehensive enrollment strategy, overseeing recruitment, financial aid, and student onboarding through degree completion. The AVPSEM is responsible for achieving institutional enrollment goals through data-informed planning, integrated operations, and collaboration with Academic Affairs and institutional leadership.

This position leads a coordinated enrollment enterprise and drives initiatives to improve student access, persistence, and completion. The AVPSEM reports to the Provost and serves as a key advisor on enrollment strategy and institutional priorities.
