Custodial

Under the direct supervision of a Building Service Foreman, pick up and remove trash and debris from campus grounds, streets, parking lots and sidewalks. Perform any necessary custodial work to meet and maintain Building Service’s high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Duties would include but are not limited to picking up and removing trash and debris from campus grounds, streets, parking lots and sidewalks. The general cleaning of offices, classrooms, lobbies, lounges, stairwells, landings. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and locker rooms on campus. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning toilets, urinals, and sinks, mirrors and windows both inside and out. Vacuuming and cleaning carpets. Maintain soap and paper supplies each day. Empty trash containers into the appropriate receptacles throughout campus. Cleaning with pressure washers as assigned. Assisting with and/or performing miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
