Email Marketing Automation Specialist

Reporting to the Associate Director, Email Marketing and Automation, the Email Marketing Automation Specialist plays a key role on the Online Engagement Team within University Marketing and Communications. This person develops, implements, and optimizes advanced email marketing campaigns to support Fordham University's communications and enrollment goals.
This role requires a strong grasp of marketing automation principles and expert technical skills with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
As part of an integrated, cross-functional marketing team, the specialist will use Marketing Cloud’s features, such as personalized communication journeys (Journey Builder) and audience segmentation, to support internal and external communications as well as the onboarding of email editors across campus with email best practices in mind.
