Salesforce Technical Lead

Reporting to the Director of Digital Engagement, the Salesforce Technical Lead serves as the primary technical architect for the University’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for the platform's structural integrity, scalability, and long-term health, and brings technical architecture expertise to ensure these practices are implemented.

The role involves designing and configuring Experience Cloud portals and implementing Marketing Cloud journeys for personalized communications throughout the student lifecycle. The Salesforce Technical Lead is key to ensuring successful digital transformation for the University and establishing platform standards that unlock capabilities that support a student’s academic journey from initiation to graduation and beyond.

The position may require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
