Assistant Director of Academic Initiatives, Curriculum, and Assessment

The Assistant Director of Academic Initiatives, Curriculum, and Assessment provides leadership and development for Full-Time, Master’s level Area Coordinator(s), as well as the Graduate and paraprofessional staff and students in their assigned buildings/areas.

Additionally, the Assistant Director provides departmental leadership for ongoing student development, living-learning communities, student conduct, Residential Curriculum and leads departmental assessment efforts.

The Assistant Director is a member of the department’s central leadership team and is responsible for providing departmental leadership with emergency management and crisis intervention. The Assistant Director reports to the Director of Housing and Residence Life.
