The Division of Nursing is seeking Adjunct Faculty to teach didactic and/or clinical in a variety of courses in the Undergraduate Adult Health Area, including Medical-Surgical/Adult Health Nursing, Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, Health Assessment, Clinical Nursing Foundations, Nursing Research, and Leadership & Management of Care.
Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ·

- Planning and providing theoretical and/or clinical instruction and experiences that reflect an understanding of the philosophy, objectives, and curriculum of the nursing program and profession ·
- Facilitating student achievement of course objectives/learning outcomes through varied teaching methods. ·
- Evaluating student achievement of course objectives/learning outcomes. ·
- Utilizing feedback from student/faculty evaluations for instructional improvement ·
- Utilization of evidence-based research in teaching and the clinical practice of nursing.
