Assistant Director, Medical Student Career Services (Revised)

The Assistant Director, Medical Student Career Services in the Office of Student Success provides individualized early and progressive career exploration to help students secure a successful residency placement. This position provides comprehensive, developmentally appropriate advising and programmatic support for medical students throughout the four years of the curriculum (from matriculation through graduation). This position plays a central role in helping students explore career options, understand specialty expectations, and understand factors that prepare them for competitive residency applications. This position will work in a team-based environment with the Director of Medical Student Career Services, focusing on assisting students with early assembly and updates of key residency application materials. This position utilizes a data-driven, student-centered approach and collaborates with various stakeholders.
