Director for Clinical Student Success and Operations

The Director for Clinical Student Success and Operations provides
strategic operational leadership for the clinical education continuum
and serves as the primary administrative partner to the Dean of
Clinical Medicine, Knoxville. The Director coordinates systems that
support clinical student progression, board readiness, clinical
operations, data reporting, and continuous quality improvement while
ensuring consistent implementation of institutional policies across all
campuses. This position focuses on coordination, oversight,
communication, and operational excellence rather than duplicating the
transactional work of specialized staff.

Location Options: This position may be based at any of the following Lincoln Memorial University–DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) locations: Harrogate, Tennessee; Knoxville, Tennessee; or Orange Park, Florida. The selected candidate’s primary work location will be determined based on candidate preference and departmental needs.
