Standardized Patients (SPs) at the Center for Interprofessional Education and Simulation (CIPES) across the Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) Health Sciences enterprise in Brandon, Florida, serve as an integral part of the healthcare education team. SPs accurately and consistently portray specific patient cases, behaviors, and physical findings to help medical, nursing, and other health profession students refine their clinical skills in a safe, simulated environment. This role is vital for ensuring high-quality, hands-on training that supports student academic success and optimal patient care across LMUs health sciences programs. This role reports directly to the Standardized Patient Educator for Florida campuses.
