Assistant Professor (Early American History) - 9 month appointment

The successful candidate must demonstrate preparation to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the Colonial/Revolutionary Era and their specialty as well the first half of the U.S. History Survey. That person must demonstrate an ability to teach in both seated and online formats. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to teaching the department’s research and methods courses, as needed. They will also be expected to conduct research and publish in this period as well as to contribute to departmental and University service.
