Resident Assistant - Academic Year 2026 - 2027

Missouri Western State University (MWSU) is now hiring Resident Assistants (RAs) for the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 academic year, this position ends 5/10/2027.

This is NOT a student employment position. Those selected will receive a scholarship for on-campus housing and a meal plan.

Resident Assistants live in the residence halls and serve as a leader, helper, and resource person for students through individual resident interactions, conflict mediation, and community building. Resident Assistants (RAs) should show the initiative to think critically and creatively to solve problems. RAs should be able to communicate with and relate to a diverse group of students to understand their individual needs and to help those students establish strong social networks and connect with appropriate campus resources.
