Assistant Director

Provide leadership and management for university-sponsored college access and readiness programs that expand educational opportunities and promote postsecondary success for pre-college students. Assists with the planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of federally, state, and university-funded pre-college initiatives while ensuring compliance with grant requirements and institutional policies. Provide direct training and supervision to graduate assistants, undergraduate student tutors and mentors. Collaborates with university, K–12, community, and external partners to support college awareness, academic achievement, career exploration, family engagement, and successful transitions to higher education through data-informed decision-making and strategic partnerships.
