The successful candidate will become part of a skilled trade’s team responsible for the Central Heating Plant (CHP) and campus-wide maintenance activities. This individual will be called upon to perform a variety of tasks associated with maintaining and operating CHP, High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) distribution system, building HVAC, and various mechanical / plumbing / electrical/ control systems.
