IT Support Specialist/Asset Management

This role ensures the university maintains accurate visibility and control over its IT assets, enabling cost efficiency, security compliance, and strategic planning across the institution.

This position supports the UTS Active Directory migration project for the campus. This position will be will be responsible for all Device Lifecycle, Asset Management and Endpoint Device Management. This role ensures accurate tracking, compliance, and optimization of IT assets specifically using the IT Service Management (TDX) and Microsoft Intune software platforms.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity across asset inventories, supporting procurement and lifecycle planning, and aligning asset management practices with university policies, security standards, and financial accountability.
