Assistant Athletics Director for Ticket Operations

Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the athletic ticket office including, but not limited to the building, processing, and reporting of season and single game ticketed athletic events, while ensuring a high level of customer and donor service. This position will work closely with the Associate AD/Ticket Sales & Service, the Deputy AD/CRO, and the Assistant VP/Athletics Development. This position will also work on the integration of donor and season ticket databases and collaborate with marketing staff to generate effective ticketing strategies. In addition, the role will coordinate the distribution of student and player-complimentary digital tickets for football, men’s and women’s basketball and other ticketed athletic events and selected outside events in Athletics venues.

All duties must be performed in accordance with University, Conference, and NCAA policies and regulations.
