Undergraduate Research Assistant - SETR Lab

Students filling the position will assist in the preparation of undergraduate laboratories and graduate research projects related to steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and composite materials in the SETRL (Structural Engineering Teaching & Research Laboratory).

Students will be expected to work independently and together with graduate students, faculty and staff. In addition to assisting with the preparation of laboratory experiments, students will also be expected to aid in the organization and collection of data, general lab maintenance, and cleanup activities. Students should expect to gain hands on knowledge of structural engineering materials and construction practices, which will enhance their undergraduate experience and further prepare them for graduate school or future employment.
