As a member of the Villanova University Athletics staff, the Guest Services Staff Supervisor plays a vital role in maximizing the game day experience for Villanova Wildcat basketball fans. This role serves as both a supervisor of Guest Services Event Staff and an active team member, assisting fans and ensuring smooth event operations. The Guest Services Staff Supervisor supports fans in premium clubs, provides game day information, and fosters a welcoming environment.
This is a seasonal part-time role that provides support during basketball, football, and select other events.


All duties must be completed in compliance with University and NCAA rules and regulations.
