The Staff Assistant provides support to the Coordinator of Testing in the daily operations of the Testing Center. Serves as the first line of contact with students and faculty. Administers faculty make-up examinations, national computer based exams such as CLEP, THEA and HESI-A2. Assists Coordinator and Specialist during testing and supervises the day's exams as required. Assists Coordinator in creating reports. Serves as an information source to students and faculty about the services offered at University Testing Services.
