New Student Programs Graduate Assistant

The New Student Programs (NSP) Graduate Assistant supports the Director of New Student Programs in creating a welcoming and engaging transition experience for new students at the University of the Incarnate Word. Working closely with the Director, the Graduate Assistant helps plan, implement, and assess programs designed to foster student success and connection during their transition to the university.

In this role, the Graduate Assistant promotes New Student Programs services and resources, cultivates a sense of community among new students, and provides direct supervision, training, and support for the New Student Programs student staff.
