Natatorium Swim Lesson Coordinator (Graduate Assistant)

The Graduate Assistant – Swim Lesson Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the administration of the UIW Natatorium Swim Lesson Program. Primary responsibilities include scheduling and organizing swim lesson sessions, recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating swim instructors, ensuring high-quality instruction and exceptional customer service, maintaining participant records, and assisting with program promotion and registration. The Graduate Assistant also supports daily natatorium operations as needed, including facility oversight, risk management, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all participants. This position reports to the Director of Sports and Wellness.

This is a student position open to UIW graduate students.
