CRNA Program Recruitment and Compliance Specialist

The CRNA Program Recruitment and Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the CRNA program by effectively managing the recruitment, enrollment and compliance processes from initial inquiries to successful matriculation of graduate registered nurses. The role encompasses building clinical partnerships, marketing and social media engagement, credentialing and compliance for all external and internal agencies as well as facilitating student clinical rotation schedules and monitoring program compliance with accreditation standards. This dynamic position works closely with CRNA program administration to collect, monitor, analyze and synthesize data for program outcomes. The CRNA Program Recruitment and Compliance Specialist reports to the CRNA Program Director.
