Clinical Professor of Optometry-Open Rank

The Rosenberg School of Optometry invites full-time, non-tenure track, faculty candidates for Clinical Professor of Optometry-Open Rank. The Clinical Professor is expected to conduct classroom and clinical laboratory teaching in optometry theory and the clinical examination course series, consistent with the department's needs. This position may have responsibilities in the areas of ocular disease, pediatrics, and/or low vision.

In all matters, faculty are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional ethics consistent with the UIW Mission. Official duties and responsibilities of faculty members at the University include teaching, scholarship, service, and professional activities.

Academic credentials and experience of finalist will determine final rank-Senior Clinical Instructor, Assistant Clinical Professor, Associate Clinical Professor, and Full Clinical Professor.
