Healthcare Leadership Adjunct Instructor

Oregon Tech is accepting applications for Adjunct Instructors in ourMaster of Healthcare Leadership Program. Qualified instructors have the opportunity to teach graduate-level courses in healthcare leadership, leadership theory, interdisciplinary healthcare leadership, healthcare ethics, and health policy. We welcome energetic, creative individuals with a desire to enhance and develop innovative courses that integrate the most current challenges and strategies for successful leadership in this era. This can include a wide variety of teaching methods and course materials beyond a typical textbook, such as videos, podcasts, social media, expert interviews, and connections to professional associations. Our program culture prioritizes student wellbeing, with professors serving as mentors, and opportunities for real world projects and reflections.

Teaching Modality: All courses are online and asynchronous.

Location: Appointments are all remote positions affiliated with Oregon Tech’s online campus

Interested candidates should apply online and submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and a list of three references with contact information. In your cover letter, please specify areas or courses that you are qualified to offer and would be enthusiastic in teaching.

This pool will be accessed only when an opening or need arises. Your credentials will remain active as long as the pool position is available but no more than two years. After two years, if you are still interested, you must reapply to the most current adjunct pool.
