DBA Program Director

The DBA Program Director is a leadership position responsible for the growth, strategic direction, and effective management of the Executive DBA program. This 12-month hybrid role combines academic leadership with operational oversight, with a strong focus on curriculum development, accreditation, and student success.

Key responsibilities include advancing faculty development, mentoring and supporting students, strengthening academic quality, and cultivating strategic partnerships with industry and external stakeholders. The Program Director plays a central role in ensuring the program’s continued growth, relevance, and alignment with institutional and professional standards.

The DBA Program Director reports directly to the Dean of the Management Division.
