Residence Hall Director

Provide live-in supervision of residence hall facility, staff, and residential students.
Maintain a safe and secure living environment for residential students, strictly monitor the hallways and exit doors of assigned residence halls.
Maintain availability and accessibility to residents.
Supervise and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and concerns of the students. coordinate production of Residential Life publications, (i.e., monthly calendar, handbook, oversee programs, assist with leadership.
Development efforts (workshops, publications, retreats, etc.).
Participate in long-range planning, policies development, be available for evenings, weekends, and special University Events as required.
Advice residence hall councils, serve as a judicial hearing officer, investigate reports of misconduct and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.
