Customer Service Representatives

Commuter Services Customer Service Rep position.  Assists customers in our office, over the phone, and through emails.  Provides information to customers regarding parking and transit options on campus.  Provides general Front Counter and Department support.  Knowledge of basic office programs required (i.e. Outlook, Excel, and Windows).  Degree not required.
