Creative Media Producers

The University Utah Marketing & Communications team is looking for a full-time, seasoned videographer/editor to fill an open position on our video team. We are looking for someone with high-production standards and tastes who can shoot beautiful footage and then turn that into a well-crafted edit and final videos. You must be adept with on-set lighting, sound and the technical aspects of running a camera. We are also looking for someone who can take direction, be collaborative, and who enjoys working hard.

The University has many stories to tell and we produce many videos a year. This requires us to sometimes work odd hours at times, weekends and put in the extra effort to create great work. We are proud of the videos we create and need a person who will contribute to our ongoing success and even elevate it.

In addition to the skillsets mentioned, being a drone pilot would be a plus. Knowing your way around After Effects and motions graphics is also helpful. We are looking for someone with a get-along, can-do personality. The University of Utah provides an outstanding benefits package, excellent health care, and a good work/life balance. If you are interested, please submit your resume, cover letter and links to your video work.
