UU Student - Instruction

The Associated Students of the University of Utah (ASUU) is the student government representing all 35,000+ undergraduate and graduate students. This position’s focus will be assisting the Associate Director, Student Leadership & Outreach, working with ASUU student government leaders on various student‐led initiatives, and marketing projects for ASUU.

The Student Governance and Leadership department at the University of Utah, is hiring an part-time Marketing assistant. This role will provide the Student Governance and Leadership team with a variety of services, including the coordination of and assistance with marketing campaigns both printed and digital, as well as the distribution and upkeep of advertising assets. Further responsibilities include posting an assortment of content on social media and the department’s website as well as graphic design, photography, and video production assignments. This position will also be responsible for overseeing posting boards across campus twice a week.

A Marketing assistant needs to have excellent attendance and time management skills, be an efficient and productive worker, and possess professional communication skills as well as the ability to multitask.
