The HR Generalist plays a vital role in supporting performance management, employee engagement, training and development, compliance, and student employment operations at the University of Central Arkansas. This position is responsible for administering campus-wide employee evaluation cycles, coordinating university recognition events, delivering onboarding presentations, and co-hosting professional development initiatives. The HR Generalist collaborates across campus to enhance the employee experience and ensure HR processes run efficiently.
