Assistant Director of Clinical Services

Under the direction of the CMHC Executive Director, the Assistant Director of Clinical Services oversees clinical operations, crisis response, clinical staff supervision, policy development, compliance with applicable laws and professional standards, outreach programming and assessment of counseling services. The position collaborates extensively with campus partners to foster a comprehensive, campus-wide approach to student mental health. The Assistant Director of Clinical Services has a key role promoting accessible mental health services to the campus community and ensuring that those services conform with best practices in the field. In addition to the Assistant Director’s administrative role, clinical responsibilities include direct service to clients, crisis coverage, outreach and consultation to the campus community, liaison work with campus partners and after-hours response to campus events.
