Retention Coordinator

The Retention Coordinator will research, develop, and assess best practices that improve retention, persistence, and support targeted programming to assist the student population academically, personally, and professionally. With enrollment and retention as high-level priorities, the incumbent will collaborate with faculty, various student support services professionals, and students to enhance retention and graduation rates. The Retention Coordinator will supervise and lead Retention Specialists within the office. Occasional work beyond normal working hours, such as evenings and weekends, may be required.
