Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily function of the facility

Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate 40+ student staff.
Oversee facility use and access, including providing evening and weekend supervision as needed.
Complete staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage for all operating hours of the Student Activity Center and Student Event Staff coverage.
Provide event support as needed.
Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and facilities.
Provide excellent customer service.
Serve as Administrator on Duty during (non-event) evening hours.
