PROJECT MANAGER - FACILITIES

Under general supervision oversees the planning, scheduling, design and development of all phases of a project. Coordinates of budgets for various construction and maintenance projects with budgets of up to 20 million per project. Prepares cost analysis reports. Conducts bid reviews and evaluations. Prepares official solicitation documents, which include writing complex statements of work and specifications for external and in-house work. Oversees or coordinates testing, acceptance and inspection to insure compliance with specifications and cost controls and other duties as delegated by the Director of Construction.
