Instructor - Global Languages & Cultures

The Department of Global Languages and Cultures at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a full-year, three-quarter-time adjunct position specializing in German language and German culture to begin in August 2026. We seek a dynamic teacher-scholar committed to excellence in language instruction and innovative pedagogical practices.

The successful candidate will contribute to the German program by teaching 3 courses per semester at the undergraduate level. Teaching assignments may include nights and/or weekends. In addition, faculty members are expected to perform other duties as assigned in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.
