The Learning Specialist II provides advanced instructional support and program development in business communication, professional development, student success, and AI-enhanced learning. This role supports undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students through workshops, individual coaching, classroom integration, and cross-campus collaboration.

The position reports to the Director of Professional Development and plays a key role in advancing student success by integrating communication training with career readiness, academic support, and emerging technologies such as generative artificial intelligence.
