Summer Coordinator - Lifeguard

Monitor pool and aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all participants and guests
Enforce pool rules, safety regulations, and emergency procedures
Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and potential hazards
Administer first aid, CPR, AED assistance, and water rescues as needed
Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers and surrounding areas
Conduct opening, closing, and daily safety inspections of the facility
Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to questions or concerns from patrons
Complete incident and accident reports accurately and promptly
Support a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all facility users
