Post Technical Officer

In depth working knowledge and problem-solving skills with:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain the post-production facility/equipment
Daily contact with students regarding technical problems with projects and scheduling
Regular meetings with Program Directors and post-production Staff
Support and coordination with curricular concentrations involved with the post-production process
Ensure that the work of the film students is performed in a safe manner
Contact and schedule the external use of the post-production facilities
Provide support for the students and faculty in Picture Editing and Sound Design
Help post-production staff with problem-solving and installation of new equipment and software
Prepare materials and coordinate delivery of student films for internal and external screenings
